Player Evaluations

So I am registered. Now what? Once you are registered, you will need to attend at least one of our player evaluation sessions. Player evaluations are used to assess each players ability and help inform what division of play they are drafted or assigned to.

Tee-ball players do not need to attend player evaluations.

You will not be drafted or moved up unless you attend player evaluations or you are forced to move up due to your league age.

Player Evaluations take place at the Ernie Silva Sports Complex next to Newark Junior High. 6201 Lafayette Ave, Newark, CA 94560

Player Evaluation Dates:
Saturday, January 6th and 13th, 2023. Rain-out date, if needed, January 20st.

Player Evaluation Times:

League Age*	Time	Division
11 &12	8:30am - 9:45am	Minor/Major
10	9:45am - 11:00am	Minor/Major
9	11:00am - 12:15pm	Minor/Major
8	12:45pm - 2:00pm	Farm/Minor
7	2:00pm - 3:15pm	Farm/Minor
6	3:15pm - 4:30pm	Farm
13 & 14	10:00am - 12:00pm	Intermediate/Junior

* Little League age may not be their current age, it's how old they will be on the day of Aug. 31, so it could be 1 yr older than current age.
